About Triune

Movement is personal.

Triune approaches Pilates as an adaptable practice, not a one-size-fits-all workout. Every session centers on how you move, how you feel, and where you want to go.

Owner and instructor Donal Kavanaugh and his team bring different backgrounds to one shared belief: Pilates should meet you where you are and grow with you through every stage of life.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first session at Triune.

Is Triune good for beginners?

Yes. Most people start with private sessions, so your instructor can teach you the foundations at your pace and adjust everything to your body. You never need Pilates experience to begin.

What's the difference between private, duet and semi-private?

Private is one-on-one with an instructor. Duet is a private session for two people, great with a partner or friend. Semi-private is a small class of up to eight people, with more individual attention than a typical group class.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, fitted clothes you can move in, like leggings and a fitted top. If you have questions about socks or anything else to bring, just ask the studio when you book.

I have an injury or health condition. Can I still do Pilates?

Many clients come to Pilates while working around injuries or past surgeries. Tell your instructor before your first session so they can adapt your exercises, and check with your doctor if you're unsure.

How often should I come to see results?

Two to three sessions a week is a common rhythm for building strength and body awareness. Even one session a week, done consistently, makes a real difference.

How do I book, and how do packages work?

Choose a session on our booking page or call 206-445-2005. Packages and cards save you money per session. Cancellation and package policies apply, and the studio will walk you through them when you book.
